Yes, RTBS now connects with Mailchimp which is an email marketing service that is designed to manage all your email communication from one place. Connecting your RTBS account to Mailchimp means that you can save time by automating your email communication for all your bookings and spend more time on running your activity business.

You will need to contact your account manager to activate your Mailchimp intergration. Once the integration has been enabled, the contact details for any guests making bookings for the selected activities will be automatically transferred across to the nominated mailing lists in MailChimp.
